Today’s blog is simple: blessings, encouragements, and a prayer.

Some Blessings & Encouragements

May the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ continue to bless you with every spiritual blessing in Christ. Ephesians 1:3

I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints. Ephesians 1:18

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:12-14

I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through him who gives me strength. Philippians 4:12-13

Be joyful always; pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. I Thessalonians 5:19

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ. Romans 8:37-38

A Prayer

Good morning Holy Spirit. Thank you for connecting us to the Father and for interceding for us. You are our counselor and helper. You are our spiritual conscience and guide. You transform us daily into the very image of Christ. We are blessed, and more blessed, because of you.

Thank you Holy Spirit, Amen.
